All Fjara orders ship from Iceland.

We carefully pack each piece and aim to ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping options

At checkout, you can choose between:

Express shipping (DHL)
2–4 business days

Standard shipping (Pósturinn / postal service)
5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Import duties & taxes

Orders ship from Iceland.

Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or other customs charges may apply when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

All US orders are shipped with duties prepaid and will be delivered with no additional import charges.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window on all orders worldwide.

This means you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition

If items are returned in a different condition, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
We refund the full price of the returned item(s)
If your return is made within your legal withdrawal period, standard delivery costs will also be refunded (excluding any express shipping upgrades)

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help.
